Here is my goodies from easter swap #2 Katie from Jersey Blonde. She is such a sweetheart and I'm glad I got to know her through the Easter Swap. Thank you again Katie, and to everyone who participated! Katie sent me a basket of goodies.  Mini Reese Cups, Reeses Pieces, Pedi Kit, Magnets, Easter Card, Nail Polish and Hand Sanitizer.

I bought this flowe to go in my hair for some of the pictures. Is it too much? too big? well Im off to go get ready. Have a lovely weekend and Happy Easter :)

Engagement Pictures

We are taking engagement pictures this weekend in Washington Oaks.  Its gorgeous. Huge oak trees. Gazebos. Beach.

Chris's mom threw us a lovely engagement party this weekend! We had such a wonderful time.  All the decorations were so cute.  From, the pink and black decorations, personalized m&ms, pink carnations and lilys, to the beautiful pink and black poka dotted cake!  More pictures to come later.. I forgot to take any :(

My MOH/BFF came with me and we met my parents there. OF COURSE, Dad had to make a fashionably late entrance saying "Tom Tom got me lost, or wait I think it was Todd Todd who got us lost". Ha well he isn't so good with directions! lol.

Chris's friend and his fiance got us this wonderful gift.  A super cute snowgloge engraved saying" Best Wishes, Chris and Samantha"  Ah! I Love It!

Well, mom got her pet scan results today.  Good news. Only 2 more chemo treatments.  Most of the cancer is gone.  Some still in the throat and abdomen but nothing to worry about at this point.  Thank Goodness.  Now we can all stop stressing :)

Party Invites

Yesterday we found out Chris's mom is throwing us an engagement party, February 19th. I am just super excited! And we are having Zaxbys Cater. My ALL time favorite Chicken place!! So, Chris and I sat up last night writing out engagement party invites, thinking we had to hurry up and get them done so we can send them out tmrw and everything. Well ditzy me.. Today is a HOLIDAY. NO MAIL.. Ugh.. Any whoo! I thought adding the stamp of the bride and groom was a cute touch to the invite :)

2010 Recap

2010 was a great year. So many wonderful things happenned. RECAP:

For Valentines Day: Going to see Dane Cook In Jacksonville. 

 Wakeboarding and hanging out at Kingsley. Loved those days at the lake.

20th Birthday Party. My BFF and I .. Our birthdays are 2 days apart so we decided to celebrate it together last year. Hope to do the same for our 21st Birthdays!

 The family and I all went on a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas this past summer in July. So much fun.  Drinking on a rockin' boat. Not so much a good idea. 

 "THE YARD" At Senor Frogs in the Bahamas. So much fun!! Tons of food. Conga lines of shots.  Dancing. Stages. Bars. Fun. Fun. Fun! Dad and I had a strawberry daquari's while Mom and Chris had Pina Coladas and a Goombay Smash. Well lets just say they will get you smashed. Dads not a big drinker by anymeans. 1 of these yards was enough to knock any one on their butt. No lie. They were not stengy with their alcohol what so ever. Im surprised dad made it back to the boat. lol. What a great trip! :)

Huge Gator fans. We attended every home game and the away game in Alabama.  Even though we lost our ass and got our butt kicked most of the season. We are all still hard core Gator fans. With our new coach, maybe we will be able to step up the game next year.

Halloween. What better than Drunkin' Pumpkins :)

 Engaged. November 20th, 2010.  Best day of my life so far. I cannot wait to marry him on Oct 9th, 2011.

Engagement Story

I don't have any pictures from this weekend yet, they are all on moms camera. :( BUT, this weekend was amazing, so much fun. We left Thursday morning to go set up for the craftshow.  By 7 am Saturday morning, Chris and I were engaged.  We got up at 5:30 Saturday morning to go to Forsyth park. We walked around the fountain and on all the paths.  It was gorgegous.  I didn't get any pictures that morning, I didn't have anyone to take pictures for me (bummer).  We were near the fountain walking on a path and he just kind of stands there for a second, gives me a hug.  He was so nervous; it was cute though.  He was fumbling around then got down on one knee.  And said "Will you marry me?" All I could manage to say was "Did you ask my dad" lol. I didn't even mange to say yes until he got up lol. It was a magical moment though. And I will never forget it. 

I can't wait to start planning our wedding. I dont even know where to begin. We know we want to get married in late September or early Oct of next year. But that is all we know so far :)
