Honeymoon Part 3

The other really fun thing we did, was visit the Knoxville Zoo.  I was kinda of bummed about how dirty is was, but I just love the zoo.  It's always so much fun.

Remember this little guy? These guys kept knocking over our trash cans at wee hours of the night. Talk about waking up to a huge boom/crash. Now that will give you almost a heart attack when you are staying in a non familar place. lol. 

If you ladies are visiting Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg anytime soon and you love boots. You MUST go to the boot outlet.  Buy 1 Get 2 Pairs Free. All year round. I paid right around $200.00 but I got three pairs of Ariats. Now you cannot beat that price!

Curly Hair

I have been totally trying to grow my hair out since I cut it a year ago last August.  Well It's finally long enough for me to start to curl it. So I'm trying to learn how. Okay, I totally suck at it. But reall isn't bad for my first try.  The only problem I am having now is poofing the back, and the back won't stay curling. It's looks so good when I first do it, But about 30 minutes later, the curls just fall out.  But the front stays perfect! Any tips?  I found the hair tutorial I used on AllTheSmallThingsBlog. You should totally check it out. She has super quick and easy hair tutorials.

Honeymoon Part 2

We went to the Riplyes Aquarium while we were in the Smokeys.  The aquarium was in Gatlinburg, about 10 miles from where we were staying in Pigeon Forge.  It was just HUGE. I felt like a little kid taking so many pictures. These are definetly just a few.

We drove out to Cades Cove the only day it didn't rain.  It is a one way road. There was so many people. It took us 2 and a half hours to drive 10 miles. How crazy is that! There was tons of turkeys and deer. But no bears, or anything I haven't seen before.

But the scenary was definly beautiful.

Friday Confessional

I Confess.. I am really starting to hate my Iphone 3GS.. It does nothing but freeeeeze all the time and I never get service. No one can ever hear me on my phone.

I Confess.. I've been super lazy lately.

I Confess.. I am super excited for Sunday. Getting to spend the entire day with family :)

I Confess.. This is our schedule for Christmas Day.. Kind of Hectic.. But It's worth every second of it :)
8am drive an hour to Chris's moms house.
11am drive an hour to Chris's dads house.
12:30 drive a little longer to Chris's Nanas house.
2-3pm Drive another hour home.
Have Chris' and Mine Christmas together :)
6pm Go to mom and dads for Christmas
I Confess.. I was at target and had to buy this.. A dog scarf and hat AND dog pj's.. They are going to look so cute.

It's Okay Thursday

It's OKAY...

That Christmas in only 3 Days AWAY. This year has just flown by way to fast.

That I have been up for almost 3 hours and have done nothing but catch up on blogging.

That I love giving more than I do recieving.

That Momma and I sent a box full of New Sweaters, Pants, and Barbies up North to one of her friends that helps out at a homeless shelter.

That we went out last night for a couple of drinks. It was wayyy needed.

That momma and I and few other friends baked all day long Tuesday and took plates full to our neighbors and to work.

The Honeymoon Part 1

These are the views we came upon driving up there. We left about 10 or 11  in the monday morning and we arrived about 8 that night I think.  It was a loooong drive! It was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning.  It stayed in the 50s-60s the whole time we were there and rained 90% of the time.

This is the back porch of the cabin.  The view was amazing from there also. The back porch had a fake fire place, a couple of rocking chairs, and a hot tub.  The first day I dressed in Jeans, Boots with Heels, and my green sweater and furry vest.  Why I dressed in that, I have no idea. We wanted to go walk on some trails, etc but we couldn't because of my boots with heels. So we planned on doing that later on in the week.

We went to the Smoky Mountain National Park and drove around on the mountain roads for a while. Some people do drive so crazy up there, but I guess when you are from their you are more comfortable driving faster.  We also got out at one place and took some pictures of the river and rocks. We both about busted our butt's on those rocks in the river. Those were super slick!
